Who I work with
My approach
For over 10 years, I have walked alongside families in the most intimate space of all: their homes. My approach is built on a foundation of evidence-based care, but it is delivered with heart. I believe that support shouldn’t be reserved for a diagnosis; it’s for every parent who feels overwhelmed by the tantrum that won't end, the nights spent awake, or the simple struggle to establish a rhythm that works. Whether you are navigating developmental milestones or just need a roadmap for better structure, I am here to provide the tools you need to reclaim your peace.
What a first session with me looks like
We will meet in the comfort of your home, where your family’s life truly happens, so that I can understand your world exactly as you experience it. Our first session is primarily a collaborative conversation. We will start by discussing the specific behaviors that are causing tension or exhaustion in your home, whether it’s those persistent bedtime struggles, frequent tantrums, or simply the feeling that you’re stuck in a cycle you can’t break. My role is not to judge, but to listen deeply to your story.
From there, we transition into a partnership. We will identify the goals you have for your family and begin mapping out a plan that feels manageable and sustainable. We’ll look at the routines that aren't serving you and replace them with structure that honors your family's unique rhythm.
