About

You’re entering adulthood and feeling like you missed the handbook of how to transition to this next stage of life. There’s constant overthinking, struggles with confidence, difficulty navigating relationships, and trying to figure out who you are and what you actually want. Maybe you’re starting college and away from home for the first time. Without a safe space to explore these feelings, you may feel isolated and overwhelmed with what steps forward to take. Therapy can be that space to explore these feelings in a judgment free setting and to collaborate on your path forward toward a life you’ll love and feel proud of.

My approach

I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can be completely yourself. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you better understand yourself and build a life that feels more like yours. I utilize therapies like IFS, CBT, and ACT to help clients reach their goals.

What a first session with me looks like

We will go over logistics, discuss your background, and collaborate on your goals for therapy and how we will be able to measure your progress toward those goals to ensure that you are getting what you want and need out of our time together!
